It's not contouring. Even in candids you can see her tip has been pinched. It's pointy now, whereas it used to be rounder. You can also see parts of her skin has that typical plastic surgery wrinkly look.

 

OH MY GOD MY BRITNEY BOO IS BACK   that's the face i have been missing seeing for soo long. it looks like she shrunks her nose and did something to her lips. it's really the huge difference is her eyes. she got a major eye lift. i can't believe it changed her look that much
