I've said this many times and I'll keep saying it till it happens: What Britney needs is a pure pop song with good lyrics that at the same time showcases her vocals, those are the types of songs that are slaying lately! You just have to look at the songs that have been hits in the last months:

Max Martin has great chemistry with female artists, but his work with Britney is my favorite.  I dunno if I want the next buzz single to be written & produced by him but I certainly wouldn't mind a few tracks on her next album.
