A lot of celebrities do. Miley cyrus did before she had her teeth done.

Here's a sample of a known cap wearer -- Elvis! When Elvis started in the movies, he was told his teeth were too small, in particular the ones next to his front teeth. To make him more attractive in the movies, they made him wear fake caps. The joke was that Elvis was constantly eating so he was constantly breaking his caps with caps without caps, natural teeth

They visited her dentist and she said how Britney wore tones of different braces. xox

She has always had perfect teeth, especially when she first started because she had braces...but now that central incisor that she has chipped bothers me to no end....she probably ruined it from biting her nails so much. She has no veneers or caps. Just braces and probably a lot of bleaching.
