Hello. I'm new here. Throughout the past couple of years I have always wondered what happened to the Britney the world saw from end of 2008 to 2010. In For the Record, she seemed like her old self and really youthful. But during the Femme Fatale era her voice got deeper, she looked really tired/stressed and it was just really bizarre. Even though now she seems happier and her voice is back to normal, she is still not the same confident Britney that she was in FTR. Her voice cracks a lot these days when she talks compared to how she was pre-2011. And on the Ellen Show in 2013 and this year, she seemed really nervous and did not talk as intelligently as she talked in FTR, for example. Does anyone have any guesses to what happened?

We all change, specially when we go through rough times, so I don't think it's something that should be seen as "weird" or mysterious by this fanbase . We don't know what happened to Britney during those years, but the truth is that it doesn't matter because it's something so personal that it should only concern her. What I mean is that we should keep in mind that celebrities are human beings that can also change with time, besides, I think the only major "difference" is her social anxiety, because when you see her around her family, friends or people she's comfortable with she seems pretty relaxed and not awkward at all.

Something actually happened in 2010 .. Its only obvious they put her on medication for some reason.

As soon as the Circus era ended, she came back but didn't come back as Britney. She came back a total different person without a personality. Ive been to all of Britney's tours except for Femme fatale , I didn't go because I didn't know who that person was on stage . It was like a complete change tbh

Its weird because during the circus era Britney could still sing and when she came back for FF era she sounded like shit and the auto tune was on max & she was dancing really stiff ..

I'm sorry but can you actually not get mad by someone asking a question? The person clearly seems confused. Whether you think its rude, trolly (Which it isn't) or stupid just cut your cuntyness out. Like you make me laugh a lot but bitch you need to know when to stop. I'm sorry Britneyfan351, you're obviously new here and don't pay attention to " QueenJoscasta" to reply to your question, my opinion is that she just grew up more like we all do and maybe she changed her medication, many medication types can alter your personality to the point where you have none and always make you feel tired etc so that may be another reason.

THIS MAKES NO SENSE AT ALL! Regardless of awkward interviews or muted personality the during FF era (which I won't and don't care to speculate about) in 2013 when promoting BJ and Vegas interviewney was the best she's been since the early 2000's. So I don't know if you had a brain tumor for Breakfast or if you just were not paying attention but she's been great in interviews and on social media since 2012.  :imout:

I think that instead of meds it was probably just circumstance. It could have been or mostly was her personal life with Jason... Relationships can be tough and I think that is a more likely explanation for her personality during FF than med changes. By 2013, minus Jason, she was slaying interviews and social media being care free and confident.  :mhm:

Relationships dont cause for you to lose your personality boo, the girl came back for the FF era zombied out , it was definitely the meds trust

Does relationships cause u to be stiff ?Does relationships make u look robotic? Does relationships drastically age u in just 2 years?

Come on lets be realistic here

Yes her interviews have gotten better and she seems more relaxed , but I wouldnt compare it to her primeney years because shes still not fully there on that comfortable/ Confident level but she is getting there

We will probably just disagree here and that's ok! You could be completely correct! :mhm:   I just think from personal experience that relationships can definitely drastically change your personality, especially when they are bad relationships  :crying1:  I think that stress from a bad relationship gives you anxiety that affects all of the areas of your life and certainly can make you a zombie. If you've ever gone thru a bad relationship or divorce or even know others that have ... Plus Britney has always been someone that mimics the personality of her partner.. she seems to wear her heart on her sleeve or at least has in the past so I could see how she would be deeply effected by a toxic relationship (I couldn't help myself :pieceofwhat: ).. But what do any of us really know?! :aintevenmad:

Relationships can surely change someone as a person but never their personality. Ugh the delusion I just cant ..even dr drew pointed out that she was definitely on medication because it can cause stiffness , weight gain , & personality change.. Doctors know best and best believe everyone already seen the signs . But we will keep it like that
