Greatest Hits: My Prerogative was the first compilation album of Britney Spears, including her biggest hits from ... Baby One More Time to In The Zone, and now we bring you some interesting facts about this album.

- The album, which was released in late 2004, is a 2003 photoshoot, exactly what did for Rolling Stone by Matthew Rolston.

- "I've Just Begun (Having My Fun)" is an not unreleased song was released as the "In The Zone" DVD in early 2004.

- The red shirt worn by Britney in the video for "Do Somethin '" is the same as used in the trials for the video for "Toxic," as we see in the MTV Making The Video: Toxic.

- In Italy  "Do Somethin '" was never released as a single in physical, only radio and television. Indeed, BMG Italy, decided it was best to release the video for "Everytime" instead of the physical single, as it had never been passed in Italy due to the great success of "Toxic."

- The "Chris Cox Megamix" was released as a single before "Do Somethin '" and it can ensure that the official video circulated by several foreign countries.

- "Greatest Hits: My Prerogative" had no promotion because it was a decision made to allow Britney to enjoy their engagement with Kevin and that will focus on his new project "The Original Doll" which was pulled "Do Somethin ' . "

- The original lyrics of "My Prerogative," which is a cover, not include the spoken intro by Britney which was written and recited by her.

Yasss and also Britney wanted to release the Greatest Hits album as a way to part ways with her past work, and past image. She wanted the music she released after that to have a meaning (ex: The Original Doll Album) But we all see how that turned out..  :sosad:
