Let's be honest the Femme Fatale era wasn't her best   :youpoorthing:

Probably the only things that i liked about it were the singles choice and the great promotion the album had!  :idontlike:

It was certainly the last Britney era with good promotion  :crying5:

What do you think about it ?  :idc1:

I really enjoyed it at the time because it was my first era as a fan so everything was new and exciting, but now when I look back it's obvious that something was off at the beggining. Anyway, since the tour started it was all great actually! She was looking beautiful, she performed with more energy, her interviews when she visited the UK were better... And let's not forget the VMA's night!

It wasn't her best but it wasn't her worst either. I enjoyed the album and the tour. There were some really great promo performances and some really awful ones, but for the most part it was good.

Not a lot, there were some good things but lot of bad things too.

The worse for me imo was that she looked completely off sometimes. Like she didn't want to be there or something so yeah.. it was hard for me to be excited when Britney herself looked bored as fuck.

Then i didn't like the album, and same with the tour, it looked too cheap and she wasn't really in it even tho lucky me my show was fine and i had great time but still..

At least she did some promo so that was fine, but (yes there is always a but) it was badly organized. Like she released HIAM and did nothing for weeks, and the album comes out and we have lot of promo and almost every performances at the same time, and then again nothing.. what i mean is they should have done all promo they did on the long run instead of doing a lot in 1 time.

Tho, it was still more interesting than BJ era or even PG era :displeased:

Im gonna be honest, music & promotion wise I FUCKING LOVED IT

Britney wise )I was a tad bit harsh & negative about it) she came back older ,tired looking , her voice was deep asf, she looked thicker& her dancing was a hot mess and very robotic.

Im sure some ppl can relate to what Im saying because before the FF era there was the Circus era and it was just a complete drastic change and total different Britney.

I can remember my sister crying and feeling sorry for Britney , I remembery my sister saying "what the fuck did they do to her , she has no personality at all and she looks scared to be there "

And once Britney announced her tour and that tickets were on sale my sis asked me "Are u going? You've been to almost all her tours" and I straight out said "no" with no hesitation

But now that we know the new Britney I understand her more now and I can honestly say I dont think FF was that bad , it was a drastic change tho I must say

The singles, music videos and the album were some of the best in her career!!

The promo performances were the worst in her career...

The femme fatale tour was a BIG improvement from the promo performances and I enjoyed it but it had its ups and downs...

Mostly I loved this era because it was the fist time that I met Britney in the UK and got to talk to her...

Yes, that's the last time Britney released an album right?

And the production is amazing, who cares about Britney's processed vocal. At least it's HER not someone else's.

And it still sounds fresh. Release How I Roll and it will do 100000% better than PG

Yes, I liked. The Femme Fatale Tour was the first time I got to see her live, the photoshoots were amazing, the music was really good (I haven't got tired of listening to it), the only thing that was kind of bad were the live interviews, where she seemed really not there but even those made me laugh (plus the gifs)

if currnentney releases an album like FF and do promo as much as she did for the FF i would be more than satsified becoz the era was great but britney wasn't there for me :aww1:

Musically it's one of her strongest eras, she became a staple on pop radio while breaking and setting records. ("Hold it Against Me" hit like an atomic bomb, it was such an exciting time.)  Plus each music video provided something different: artistically-driven, a dance video, a comedic video, and a story-based video.  I thought the tour's set list is probably the best ever put together, there was a little bit of everything:  all her #1 hits, an oldie but goodie song (DLMBTLTK), deluxe tracks performed, the triumphant return of "Gimme More," and all the tracks were remixed in various ways.

The downer was Britney seemingly uninterested during her promo & press tours.

I laughed harder then I should have.   :lmaolol:

I agree Femme Fatale is a solid, forward-thinking pop album and there's no doubt it's her voice providing lead vocals. I like "Pretty Girls" but "How I Roll" is an example of the work she's capable of when not chasing trends.
