I couldn't decide between ITZ and Circus, but I picked Circus because it was the less voted on one of the two. It's my fave because just the Circus theme slayed. The hype was incredible. The tour was completely unique and her attitude on stage was badass and classic Britney. It was a spectacle and we got Womanizer, which flung Britney back into the spotlight in a positive direction after 2007 freshly happened. We got some good promo performances and the album was very unique sounding when R&B dominated radio stations still so it sounded fresh. The sound down a territory in which Britney hadn't gone down before. Plus all the amazing costumes.

Homegurl SLAYED records, the album is awesome, the above-iconic VMA performance, her recording a Rolling Stones cover and then not recognizing Mick Jagger in an elevator. She was fire, everyone loved her, and she wasn't on a radio blacklist.

Criminally underrated tbh

Not false  :smokney: but it's not easy to choose an era when they are all good  :britney-nicetry:

Oops, because it was when she proved to be more than one-hit-wonder.

She stepped up her game regarding music videos, perfomances, even tried a little sexier image (yet with an innocense vibe). Not to mention she toured worldwide for the first time being just 18 years old  :omg:

I'm not saying what came later was bad (IT WAS DAMN AWESOME INDEED) but it's when people started criticizing her and how thin she looked, how she was a bad influence, and some people started turning back on her

Oopsney could do no wrong tbh
