So according to the site, you set a goal and when the goal is meant they start printing them

so britneys autumn goodbye summer tank has sold less than 500 and still has a couple days left

 

does that mean if she doesnt meet her goal, they wont sell them? 

or is britney cool enough to have them already made and will sell them no matter what
