Also because the pap was following her around filming evering single flaw she had as a mother. Britney's whole life was like a reality show that she had no hand in editing.

She drove around with the kids late at night, when they should be in bed. In Whitneys case, there weren't proofs to any of it, and it took years before bodyguards and staff dared to speak up. Now Whitney is dead, and Bobbi lost the custody.. So it's a little fair he didn't just get her... But I still think he killed them.. 1

If you watch this documentary called: Britney Spears- Fall from Grace\ Price of Fame on daily motion, you'll see that the court gave her many chances to redeem herself but she ignored them every time (I know she had a lot going on at the time) but I really think had Britney stopped for a minute and complied, maybe she wouldn't have lost custody. Also, I dont know anything about Whitney's life but I can tell you that Britney has always been an easier target. She got criticized a lot and used a lot probably by EVERYONE around her even the "love of her life" (and I put quotations because the love of your life would never sell you out like that scumbag did). Britney tried to be that perfect girl that her team created and people expected her to live up to it. She couldn't. Nobody can. So when she rebelled, everyone started bitching and she became an easy target. Majority of the world turned into bullies towards her. EDIT: Here's the documentary in full. It's very long though. It is likely agreed that she can have the boys when there are caretakers (security or nanny) to help with the boys. She is likely never 100% in charge legally of their care. Conservatorship is fact. Much as we hate it, it exists. She will not have legal custody until it is lifted. Someone cared enough for the boys to make sure they were taken care of. This includes Britney's dad. Sadly no one seemed to care enough for Bobbi Kristina. It is also likely that she is very sick since it has been in force for so long. Hopefully her illness is well controlled with medication.

If she can get married and have children while under a conservatorship (which she CAN) then she can have custody of the children she already has. In the past Britney was always photographed with a nanny when out with her boys, now she isn't. It's always her and the kids and bodyguard, and I'm sure when they're home it's the three of them. Not to say Britney doesn't have help, but she is no longer required to have a monitor around. Britney's father doesn't live with her. He doesn't even live in California. It's pretty well know that the conservatorship over Britney's personal affairs is "in name" only. If Britney wanted it to end all she has to do is go to court and request it ended. She hasn't, she's likely happy with the arrangement. It's really none of our business, as her personal life is her own. It's also not our business to speculate about what illness she may or may not have

The agreement is primary custody. Britney has the boys at least 51% of time. I didn't say a thing about physical custody, she has primary. Have I ever seen her alone with them? No. Obviously. Have you seen her with them and a caregiver? No. We don't have access to Britney's private life. We can, however make assumptions from what we do see. And what do we see? That isn't the same as legal but we can't know that just because Britney isn't seen alone with the boys. She has driven them and she herself is always with a Bodyguard. Because Britney has been been in a Conservatorship, professionally she will always be questioned. Will Britney be trustworthy? The conservatorship gives them some degree of assurance. Imo that us a huge reason she us still in the Conservatorship. That and because she has heavy anxiety which leaves her vulnerable in a rat infested industry. 1
