She is allowed to use a lot of money (We see her shopping all the time, right?), but she is not allowed to just buy cars and houses whenever it suits her, like in 2007, or waste them, they have been invested many places to make sure she's got money for the rest of her life. 1

The one over her finances is still very much in place, the one over her person is practically over. If she wanted it lifted she could easily go down to the court house and have it done. She could have done this at any time, she hasn't. So our opinions don't mean a thing when Britney is clearly happy with her situation

And, tbh, I don't blame her. She's got it made right now, she's got her boys, her father doesn't even live in the state anymore, she's got her job on her terms. She basically has all the freedoms of anyone else, there's no reason to get rid of her safety, you know?

§ejtan Posted July 18, 2015 #19 Report Posted July 18, 2015 Yall do know that she has regular meetings with doctors,lawyers etc. You can't fake c ship just bcz you don't like the court and you are trying to avoid the law and your grown up responsibilities. If her lawyers and doctors thought she was/is completely fine,she wouldn't be in c ship atm. So there are 2 plausibility's 1. Her team is breaking the law,and faking the c ship. 2. Smth is still srsly wrong with her,which is under the control thx to c-ship. Its probably 2nd one,even Amanda who has diagnosed with schizophrenia was released from it after a year (same thing supposed to happen with Britney in 2008-09),bcz of her colaps amanda is under c ship again,and will be released again later this year.

There is obviously a reason why c ship is still in place.

She's improving, as evidenced by her having primary or 50/50 custody of her kids. I'm pretty sure the reason she's still under the arrangement is that they don't want to have to go through all the work of taking her out of it just to have to put her back under it if she loses her mind again. So they want to be sure she won't get that bad again. Which means they need to know she's managing whatever mental issue she had well enough that they can trust her to take care of herself without their intervention. That's probably why things are easing up, they want to see how she does with the loose arrangement and I'm sure they have a waiting period with her like this. I feel like in 5 years time she's done with it altogether and I don't think they'll make a big media campaign to announce she's not under it anymore because that could open her up to attacks from Lufti and such.

There is a visitation agreement with Kevin that she gets them a lot. I suspect legally her father, bodyguard or nanny would make any legal decisions for the kids such as surgery if Kevin could not be reached. Remem all the things she cannot do under her personal conservatorship. She cannot make hardly any decisions for herself legally. There is no way she has legal custody.
