tommyboy Posted July 23, 2015 #1 Report Posted July 23, 2015 The last time Britney dyed the tips of her hair a bright colour it was for the video "I wanna go" so could this mean she has something planned hopefully for the VMAs since it is just around the corner, plus am I the only person who thinks the dyed tips are kind of like the new Harley Quinn from the "Suicide Squad"? (A role that would have been great for Britney) I know I am probably reaching but without Britney there is no VMAs and a fan can always dream about actressney.

Some insiders say that her next single could come out by the end of summer/the beggining of autumn, so it would make sense that she shots it now since she's going to be very busy from now on!
