Actually Britney Already Confirmed 2 Year Extension Til 2017 Then Took It Back.

Seems like everyones forgot but While promoting intimate collection in Europe she told them it was extended for two years until 2017 as an exclusive. I can't find the video anymore but Perez still has the article up:

But she make more money doing shows. If she doesn't plan to make a world tour... staying in vegas is the best choice. Artist nowadays make money with tours... not with CD sales... Especially if she doesn't even promote...

But vegas would hurt worldwide sales look at her latest stuff since vegas began! It all kinda tanked, so she really needs to put her ass outside the usa too for promo because her career needs that!

I think the plans has always been to extend the residency, but once they officially made the decision they probably told her to stop talking about it so they could "announce" it later

Yeah, thats exactly what she needs! But lets be honest... thats what she wants? And you know, iggy spread the world... she CAN promote... she CAN perform... she just doesn't want it... The only thing she can't do is a FULL concert... promotional things... yes, she can... specially out from us. So... its not a point, if she wants... she can do a good promo even doing vegas.

U cant continue a show without signing a contract

Thats why Britney is in Hawaii because shes not sure what she wants to do and is thinkin about it... This decision is hers and not her teams so shes thinking hard .Its clear shes having second thoughts or else she would of signed it by now . Lets not forget she has an album coming out and Vegas could possibly get in the way so its alot to take in atm

If it has been extended as she said, they don't want to announce it yet so that people who  think it's ending will rush out and get tickets for the next leg....if they announce 2 more years, people won't feel the urgency to go just yet (like me!)

Omg it better be true I really, really, really hope she doesn't extend Vegas! Maybe at the time of this interview she was set on signing the deal and extending but now with a new album coming out and stuff she isn't sure hence making the final decision in November!
