It makes NO sense to do that when she has a perfectly capable doctor, whom she trusts back home. And you cannot deny these pictures are blurry, there's harsh lighting from the sun and many shadows all over her face, which perfectly explain why her lips look the way that they do better than getting injections on vacation does.Heather , u can honestly get injections anywhere .. It makes no logical sense for her to do it in Hawaii when she was going home on Sunday and could do it with her doctor she trusts.

She wouldn't do that there, she would wait till she's back and can go to her personal doctor. It could be anything: an alergic reaction to some specific food, a mosquito bite (it's happened to me and your lips can get pretty swollen) or maybe she got hit on her mouth. 1
