I kinda think there's bad blood between Teams Brinni & Gags, though maybe not specifically between the two stars per se

My detective work:

Remember Brinni's slinky icy club thumper demo of Telephone?

It was significantly reworked for the subsequent Gaga/Britney collab that was unearthed a few months ago (remember, the one with clear Britney vocals? And a rather ugly Gaga-fied instrumental?). It's a pretty wretched pop-Frankenstein of a song, but one of the elements that was added to this demo was the roboticized voice that accompanies Britney's in the post-chorus:

It's the "stop telephonin' mayyy" and the "i'm bizayyyy" refrains that echo Britney's @ 1:15, as well as the robo voice that echo's Britney's verse on "Sometimes I feel likeI live in Grand Central Station / Tonight I'm not takin' no calls 'cause I'll be dancin'"

I'm like 100% sure that the robotic voice that follows Britney's is her own, just edited and pitched down. To me, it's really reminiscent of the same kinda effects that are employed in Blackout and FF.

Of course, we know that in the end, Britney dropped out and Bey got her feature and the song lost its robo touch in favor of a bombastic rock n' synth/strings shtick. However, that robotic call back is still present in the final song, even though Britney is not. Britney isn't credited anywhere on the song, even though her vocals, however processed, made it into the final product. Even Kopy Pasty's nonexistent background vocals on OLL are credited properly.

I'm sure that Larry et al. were pissed that they were snubbed from a potential royalties jackpot from one of Gaga's most popular hits; thus, they have kinda blacklisted Gaga from being a potential collab.

Just my personal detective work. Thoughts?

I really really need this to happen. She needs to work with a REAL POP MUSICIAN not IGLOO AZALea IGUANA. Gaga is very picky though. i would be more skeptical if this was a report for a Gaga album, but since it's for Britney I feel Gaga will be more open and available since it is not her album for creative control.

They both have very real admiration for one another and Gaga highly respects Britney. I think it would be awesome.
