I think more than the light is the angle from "the pic of the pic" that was took. 
She have a beautiful forehead and I simply love her heart shaped hairline.    
If I had to say one thing from Britney's physic that I don't like prob would be her ears... (I don't like mine either  )

Its just the use of bakeup that has the same color as her hair, together with the lightning makes it looks like that.
