This week we are featuring Britney Army member Rachel Schell who has a super fan moment she would like to share with the B-Army and of course Britney. Rachel wanted to tell the meaning behind her Britney tattoos that she has on her body. Check out her story: My first Britney dedication tattoo was the fairy , on my lower back. I had wanted a Britney inspired tattoo for YEARS, but was terrified of the pain. I finally summoned my courage and did it, it didn't hurt at all and I never looked back! I'm in love with this fairy. My second was the Britney signature heart! How could I not want the heart that she signs with most every autograph?! That is on my left wrist. Third was 'stronger than yesterday' . Britney gives me so much hope for my future, and truly makes me feel I am stronger each day! Fourth was 'Blackout'. This has two meanings for me: #1, it's my favorite B album. Secondly, the way the title was described at the time was "to black out all the negativity and embrace the positive". I FIRMLY believe that is necessary for us to be happy in life. Britney teaches me everyday to forget the negative and move on! The triangle was next. To this day, I don't know the meaning of it to Britney, but I always loved the look of it on her hand. Also, I'm an only child, so it stands for me, my mom, and dad. 'not alone' was inspired after Alien came out. I IMMEDIATELY identified with the song, as having felt alone myself many times. I was going through such a tough time in life, and the song reminded me I'm never truly not alone. Lastly is the My Prerogative quote. I love the beginning where she speaks this part! So many people look at my life and think it's perfect, but they have no idea the struggles and things I have gone through. And it's true- people CAN take everything away from you- except your truth. I got all these tattoos for Britney because she is my hero. Since the day Baby One More Time came out, I have had so much love for her. She has changed my life so much- her music yes, but just being BRITNEY herself. I look up to her and want her to be happy. She is such a huge part of my life, and makes me smile everyday.
