This is a tough one tho DWAD, ONYX, & CIRCUS had the best setlists and costumes

Tbh I think her best concerts were; Dream Within A Dream, Onyx, and Circus Tour... I love POM too dancing wise

Tough Call but if I have to take all three (Set List, Costumes and Choreo) into consideration and not just one then it would shake out like this! (This would be very different if I was just looking at choreo only or costumes only or set list only..)

Dream within a Dream tour & onyx hotel tour had the best dancing & costumes. the circus tour had the best setlist.

Between Femme fatale and POM I would probably go with femme fatale. The song choices were outta this world.

 

Costumes

Between circus and Onyx I would go with Circus tour. Best costumes EVER!

 

Production

Between DWAD and Circus I would go with DWAD. This hologram on the water still slays my existence!

 

Choreography

That's primeney's territory even though POM slays my soul right now. I'll go with DWAD. Maybe tomorrow I will choose Onyx!

Best set list onyx, but best mixes is for me is a mix between onyx and dwad
 
Costumes
dwad had for me along with onyx the best costumes.
 
Production
Between DWAD and Circus I would go with DWAD. The diamond bra is still my fave along with the pouring water.
 
Choreography
I still love he rolder choreo more instead of this beyonce gaga crap she is pulling the past few years so my vote on this one goes to dwad and onyx. i miss her splits and leg kicks.
