It's quite obvious that the fans are THIRSTY for a new world tour. It makes sense of course because the residency is already 2 years old and we are watching the same performances every day.

However, what do you EXPECT from a new tour?

I'm not asking what you WANT from a tour though...

The way I see it...Fans want the production and costumes of the circus tour, the song choices of the femme fatale tour and the dancing of the POM show. Of course there are more opinions but that's a general idea from the posts I've seen so far.

  1. The circus tour was advertised as the COMEBACK tour and they put a lot of money in the production. A LOT OF MONEY. They gathered every specialist to make everything in this production flawless. (In my opinion it was also a way to cover Britney's current performing skills but that's not the point). There is no way, at this point in her career that they would create a bigger production than the POM show.
  2. The song choices depend on the album that will be released. If it's a great album then we'll probably have cool songs, if not...It could be REALLY boring...However, Britney rarely disappoints with her albums...
  3. The dancing won't be as good as in the POM show. She has performed this show 100 times and she feels comfortable being in the same stage all the time. In a world tour, she will demand herself less dancing because she might feel overwhelmed with the crowds. If not less dancing, then there will probably be a lot of half assing.

What do you think? What do you EXPECT? REALISTICALLY! :bomt:

If a world tour was happening I would expect:

1. A FFT level production with many props and many lights and screens

2. Many album tracks and very limited amount of past hits

3. 1 or 2 songs with crowd participation

4. Less dancing and energy than POM (but more than circus& FFT) just because she will be travelling almost every night

5. A lot of what's up "city name" and scripted little speeches here and there

6. Cheap costumes

7. Prerecorded vocals to avoid the scandal

8. Very high ticket sales

Unfortunately, I agree in every single one of those things. They are not all of them necessarily a bad thing though.

Pre-recorded tracks would give a fresh air in the show.

FFT production was decent in my opinion.

The thing is that she should change things up because she is repeating herself and I don't see this coming tbh...

don't really mind if she does a world tour or not cos when i did go to her concerts i couldn't see anything. She is preforming in las vegas better so maybe it is better she stays there. She can rebuild to non fans her reputation of being a brilliant performer. Vegas also gets more news coverage, maybe she could make up promotion  wise for not doing a world tour by doing a good global album promotion tour.  Vegas I think is better cos she can build her show to be the best in town and try things out.

I would like a tour to support her album but let's keep it real if she tours its going to be a final tour kinda like what shania Twain is doing now

and if thats the case, it should be timed perfectly. Like, 2018 (which would be her 20th anniversary of BOMT & her career) to 2020.
