As for Vegas, it was something Britney wanted to do for years. In a 2005 interview she even said that after she has kids she wants to do what Celine does and perform in Vegas. I'm happy for Britney that it came true, even though I do miss seeing her perform in my country.

I do agree. Although don't forget that a lot of people don't know how things work behind the curtains, and since Britney has complained about Larry in the past, it's easier to asume everything is his fault rather than thinking Britney doesn't give a shit anymore and she sees it as a job (which that's what it actually is) and not as her dream.

 

Focus on the "Britney has complained about Larry in the past" part, and add it to all the "inside info" we've received from different people throughout the years, and you'll understand this kind of posts. "Britney wanted this but it got turned down", "Britney was planning this, that, these and those but everything went to shit" and yadi yadi yada. And people get misleaded by believing all those rumours, which then they spread.

 

For example, BRITNEY was the one who decided to end the Blackout era and focus on Circus, not Larry. The label wanted to push because it had a damn lot of potential, but she was like nah. Also, there was never going to be a Blackout tour.
