This is how I think, well more like WANT, the next 5 years to play out. 

 

2016 - Premiere a Brand New Vegas Show, revamped with New songs, themes, costumes & choreography. 
2016 - Announce & Release Album 9, with some North American & European Promotion - 1 Award Show Performance.
2017 - Finish Britney: Piece Of Me, perform celebratory Medley at the 2017 VMAs (10 years since her last performance)
2018 - Film a Movie, promote Movie....Series of Magazine covers. 

2019 - Her 20th Anniversary, where she would perform a Special TV Concert, announcing her New Greatest Hits (feat. Classics, & Albums 7,8,9), and announce that she is working on Album 10, and Hints at a World Tour.
2019 - Takes a Good Break, Vacation with her Children, and Secretly works on Album 10
2020 - Announce the release of Album 10, promotes Album 10 WW, and announces a 100 city date World Tour. (This will also help mark her 20th Anniversary, which would have occurred in 2019!) 

I know, 5 years for a World Tour, but to be honest, the demand will be SO high for her, that the Tour will be a success. Staying in Vegas allows them to garner & save more money for a higher quality show.  Britney's relevancy is not at risk guys, Staying in Vegas is not doing that too her. All she needs to do is promote a little bit more, that's all. 

I see a World Tour coming for album 10, which is actually pretty genius because it's a HUGE accomplishment and they would want to milk it for all their worth.

Her boys will also be much older, at 14 & 15.

I think Britney's team is aware a World Tour needs to happen, but they also know that it's an expensive cost, and that Britney doesn't want to do it right now. We will see another World Tour. When? Idk. That's something they need to plan out.
