Well for me her most recent music : "Work Bitch","Perfume" or "Pretty Girls". Girl "Pretty Girls" had that BBMA performance and it didn't saved the song,tho the song didn't even raise the charts even with that performance.PG sales were tragic every week,sis promotion doesn't make everything and i just proved that with the pg BBMA performance argument making good music helps too 

 

You said music before Vegas already flopped tho, PG was during Vegas, and Work bitch and Perfume were during Vegas promotion, so yeah, her music before anything Vegas related was FF and it was successful.

About PG she may have performed it (and again it was more a POM promotion since it literally was her POM performance -with Iggy- pre recorded from PH) but that basic af performance is the ONLY thing she did for PG, that isn't effective promotion at all. I would have agreed if she had done 2-3 more performances and at least some interviews, talk show, magazine cover, which she didn't.   

 

Then of course promotion doesn't make everything BUT it is still a big part in success, if that wasn't needed why do you think artists kill their ass to do promotion if they could just wait and do nothing. You can't deny that Britney's sales declined big time since all she cared about is Vegas. Sure the fact she's doing shit really doesn't help, i actually never said the contrary i even said it was a reason too, but the fact she doesn't promote is as much important, so don't say it's not when it is a part of it.

I would love Britney to keep promoting, and working, like she used too, and I feel she absolutely still needs to prove something.

However, I also don't see the point about bitching about something that  Britney clearly wants to do. I would much rather have Britney in Vegas, happy & healthy, loving her life & improving in her craft, and getting more comfortable with it again - then have her half-assing a half assed World Tour, destroying the legacy she has left. 

I don't think Britney is done with her career, and I also don't think her career is done. You guys seem to forget that the longer Britney is out of the public eye, the hungry they get for her. I also know for a fact that there will be more promotion for Album 9, despite Vegas.

I think we will get a World Tour with Album 10, in like 2018-19. The Vegas extension just made it more clear to them a World Tour is needed. However, at least Vegas gives them 2 years to plan something unbelievable. Think about it....Britney's First World Tour in 7-8 years, and it took them 2 years to plan out everything? Shit sells itself. It'll be alot more of a success too.

- Good For You went platinum in the US recently and Work Bitch went platinum in the US only 2 years after it's release.Not to mention GFY peaked #6 on the Hot 100

- Pretty Girls wasn't certified gold in the US,Feeling Myself was.Charts doesn't mean nothing,Pretty Girls may outpeak Feeling Myself but it didn't sold more.

- As i said before,Demi is a baby next to Britney when it comes to sell! She never sold a lot so it's not a surprise. Whereas Selena is doing pretty good.
