+ there are new laws coming once in a while. Papz aren't allowed certain places, and aren't allowed to sell photos taken from a backyard of a private house. They  also aren't always alloud to take photos of kids out some private place, so if she is holding a kid, they can't just always blur..

she even said she wears the same clothes every day so she's not interesting for the paparazzi, she's at this point where she doesn't want or need attention anymore, she just wants peace and her kids which is understandable after what she went through.

I'm pretty sure she also enjoys doing nothing hence why we are not getting many candids recently. she's probably comfortable at her home in calabasas and she's not moving around much, it's her time off in the end.
