They are definitely already planning her next World Tour. Why?
It's going to be her "20th Anniversary" when it happens, and they are going to milk that shit like no tomorrow.

Watch, it's all going to go down in 2019. Britney will release her 10th studio album, and will support it & market it, as part of her "20th Anniversary" celebrations, and then they will announce a World Tour that has "been 4 years in the making" to support the release of her 10th studio album.

By 2019, the demand for Britney WW will be at an absolute high, and it will ensure that the dates sell very well, and, it'll be Britney's next big era.

Album 9 will be released in Vegas, will have a little bit more promo then album 8. 
They are clearly saving all of their resources for this big tour.

I mean think about it - Vegas allows them to make a shit ton of money without having to spend any constantly. They are probably going to use this money to ensure a quality, high production, Circus like World Tour.

Maybe, we'll see. She disappointed a lot of fans these past few years. And with Vegas, and now the extension it's even worse. I don't know i'm just thinking by how i feel actually, as a fan, if all she's doing now will be Vegas and if the new album is shit, i won't be there after that, i'm also getting older and start to be less and less interested about her, i can't imagine in 4 years.

For GP they already stopped caring about her, they won't in 4 years when she'll be forgotten in Vegas.

That would be the most logical thing to do. But knowing them as we know them, the most we can expect is that they upload a video of Britney saying thanks for the support during these years, or a comment before the performance of 3 in Vegas (because I'm sure she'll still be in Vegas by then )
