Well Caesars Entertainment who holds the Contract with Britney stated in 2013 that for the length of the Contract Britney could only Perform in Vegas, on the AXIS Stage, while in North America. Britney can play anywhere else she wants, if she had the time. Now with a new Contract being signed I don't know what it says. However, that is what the original one stated. And when I say performances I mean musical performances. Also, why do you want to believe Iggy so much. She likes to stir up trouble and this is one way of doing that.
