WorkBetch Posted November 1, 2015 #1 Report Posted November 1, 2015 Since we saw our queen on the top of the charts. I dont mean to complain but its been almost 5 years since she had a good chart success and actually managed to stay in ghe top 10 for a while. Saying this, do you think Just Love Me will slay us or will It be another pretty girls? im legit scared
FUDGE Posted November 1, 2015 #2 Report Posted November 1, 2015 It depends how much she wants it. She's gotta promote
WorkBetch Posted November 1, 2015 Author #3 Report Posted November 1, 2015 It depends how much she wants it. She's gotta promote Both her and her team could use some tips from Shitlor on how to properly promote. That girl fooled most of the gp in thinking shes actually talented when it comes to singing and (god forbid) dancing 1

BlackoutEgo Posted November 2, 2015 #5 Report Posted November 2, 2015 Both her and her team could use some tips from Shitlor on how to properly promote. That girl fooled most of the gp in thinking shes actually talented when it comes to singing and (god forbid) dancing They know how to properly promote , how do u think we had all those amazing iconic performances & vidz , her team are the ones that set that up I think the person thats doing this is Britney, she even said once she gets bored thats when they get work for her.. But if she wants a hot single shes definitely going to have to work for it just like everyone else
BlackoutEgo Posted November 2, 2015 #6 Report Posted November 2, 2015 Pretty girls was a bop ngl , its definitely not single worthy but its definitely bop material Im sure the single will be a bop, when it comes to that Britney always delivers . She just has to put in the work. The thing is if she were to constantly put out an album every year then she wouldnt have to promote but since shes the type to release every 2-3 years thats a huge gap which will indeed need some promotion. But if she decides to be lazy again then be sure to expect a flop. I however do not care for the charts and never did, I just need some good bops and ballads and Im set lol. It would be good to get anoter #1 or atleast top 10
JocastaIsYoMama Posted November 2, 2015 #7 Report Posted November 2, 2015 If they release at the right time and the song is actually good, it will slay on its own. Promo will help launch the album, but as long as the lead single is good (let's face it, Pretty Girl was a mess) she'll be fine. Hopefully she's actually focusing on quality.
PsychoMonkey Posted November 2, 2015 #8 Report Posted November 2, 2015 As far as everything is looking homegirl actually looks likes shes excited and working hard for this album. Bitch is coming for weaves. Her attitude is definitely back and shes ready to kill it!
PopMusicJunkie Posted November 2, 2015 #9 Report Posted November 2, 2015 2016 is going to be a proper return for the Princess of Pop, she's just begun having her fun. 1
M.E. Posted November 2, 2015 #10 Report Posted November 2, 2015 She's not going to do any heavy promotion, lbr. She'll probably do a bunch of interviews, add one new song to Vegas and call it a day. But I hope I'm proven wrong. At the end of the day she doesn't really need to do a lot anyway, just release a song that radio will play the shit out of. I haven't heard WB, Perfume or PG once. It's always S&S, Toxic, Gimme More and BOMT. Occasionally Slave & MATM. I never hear FF songs anymore but TTWE was played to death when it was released, and I'd hear HIAM and I Wanna Go often too.

Exactly! Many songs aren't that promoted by the artist itself, but because they get radio support they become hits.
JonHardy! Posted November 2, 2015 #12 Report Posted November 2, 2015 Considering that for the past few years and the foreseeable future her focus has been and will continue to be Vegas, I don't think she'll promote enough to make ANY song a big huge hit. I predict moderate success, WB level at best. Unless it's a REALLY REALLY grat song and the label manages a decent radio deal.
JocastaIsYoMama Posted November 2, 2015 #13 Report Posted November 2, 2015 2016 is going to be a proper return for the Princess of Pop, she's just begun having her fun. YAAAAAAAAAAS QUEEN 1
PopMusicJunkie Posted November 2, 2015 #14 Report Posted November 2, 2015 YAAAAAAAAAAS QUEEN '15 has been so good to us so far, but I need '16 to be her year (or at least another hit single).
heather Posted November 2, 2015 #15 Report Posted November 2, 2015 Not sure what you're scared about, there's more important things than being number one. Enjoy the music, don't worry about the charts 1

Enjoy the music, don't worry about the charts This is how i feel too. I would love to see her promote her music more and I would love to see her passionate about it again but I dont care about the charts, Iove her music either way! 1
TyWalker Posted November 3, 2015 #17 Report Posted November 3, 2015 You guys need to base your opinion of a song on whether YOU like it or not, and stop worrying about what other people say. Charts mean nothing
