Literally for every single/album/perfume/hairdryer/fart Britney releases the press always refer to it as a 'Comeback' idgi. OK so she needed to come back after Blackout because her rep was in tatters but her subsequent two albums did great in the charts (the holocaust and BJ never happened). So why do they always do this? It seems to be a Britney related thing I guess. Britney+Spears+Comeback.gif

I think it's because people are still "waiting for her to slay" like she did with ITZ and Circus. Because you know she's not older and different now. /sarcasm

Honestly it is annoying, though. I think Vegas made people look at her and her career very differently and there's a view that she can still be the Britney of the past, which is kind of cool. How many other celebrities are the masses looking to, to make an epic comeback?

Because she has yet to fully make one and this is no shade.

She's done it all but prove to the GP that she can still deliver amazing performances!

The BBAs this yr was a step in the right direction .... Hopefully B9 she performs at an award show and let the WORLD know that hey I can still cut the fuck up when I want to now! Lol

Because even if they won't admit it, the world craves for Britney as much as we, her fans, do. They can't live a day without having new Britney stuff, and that's why a one year or two years break will always mean an anticipated comeback for them. :yaknow:
