Her hair is COMPLETLEY different the hand is as well. Even with photoshop is it actually pretty difficult to alter a photo as much as this pic is.of course we don't have the full image to scrutinize just the picture of a picture 2

These are not pro skills. The only thing he did was cut Britney's face and paste it on this other chick's face and zoomed the pic to show half of it. That's it. He didn't change the hair, he didn't change the arm. Nothing. He just edited Britney's face onto this pic. I don't need to be certified in Photoshop to notice what has been edited Antidote's done that before. It's nothing new. I must clarify tho, I DO like this edit and I've always wished Britney did something fancy and extravagant like this. One can only wish. 1
