Hits: Womanizer and Circus Singles: Womanizer, Circus, If U Seek Amy & Radar Album gems: Out From Under, Kill The Lights, Shattered Glass, Unusual You, Mannequin, Lace & Leather, Trouble and Quicksand. Sales (to date): 4,500,000 Album reviews generally favorable reviews and ratings. The era. Deemed as Britney's official "comeback" era. Even though she hates that word. Received MASSIVE hype prior to album and single release because of previous breakdown and events that occurred in her life since releasing her last album, Blackout. First single was commercially successful, went to #1, and is now one of her most well known songs and one of her signature tracks as well. Circus was released as the second single, and it charted #3 and #1 on multiple Billboard charts. Like Womanizer, was successful commercially and received mass airplay. If U Seek Amy was then released as the third single, and received controversy over its hidden meaning. Which resulting in Britney shading a news reporter in the music video. People also thought Britney was talking about her alcohol and drug use in this song, but the song more so seems like an open invitation to sex and how everyone just can't get enough of Brit. Also, a Top 20 hit. Radar was released. Top 30. Anyways. The Circus Tour. It became the 5th highest grossing tour in 2009 and the sixth highest grossing tour ever by a female aritst. Total gross: $131.8 million. REPUTATION WITH B-ARMY: Circus Tour is rather known for little to no dancing or energy and is mimicked by being called "The Walkcus Tour" Some fans may call the album "poor" and out of order and place because the songs and theme of the album are all over the place/have no clear direction or theme, often listed by fans as their least favorite album. The ear was amazing because like you said, it was her "comeback" era. She performed and promoted a lot, but it was our first wake up call that she will probably never dance and perform the way she used to. Circus and the era it was in was great, but not the best like some think. 3

Circus is my whole life tbh, music and tour are very inspiring. not everyone feels this era, but I do and I respect your opinion
