:orangu: I think Danja should have stayed away from Circus...

Blur is one of the songs I can't stay away from

The vocals and lyrics are just orgasmic.

what?!

Danja did a great job on Circus! I love Blur, Kill The Lights and Rock Boy! <3

:drown: I suppose.

I don't think I'd ever want to bash one of Britney's albums however, because I'm listening to the album right now :orangu:

That's pretty precise, and that's probably why I still can't really listen to Circus or Britney Jean on a day to day basis like I can OIDIA.

Too much going on everywhere, but I still support the albums.

I know. Some people like the whole idea behind a concept. Like, if the album title is "Circus", doesn't make much sense why songs like "Flamethrower" didn't make the cut (I'm not talking about quality, but names that go with the Circus concept) you know?

Well I'm gllad it slays SOME fans  :D

And that obv ain't the only reason for why I always list BJ as my least fave Brit album

You don't like the demo of Alien? :P

Awww <3

But lmao it's like Britney fans chose three random songs from her last three albums and made them out to be these smash singles that they would never be. Unusual You, Inside Out, and Til It's Gone are decent songs but they're not single material.

Unusual You was a radio single in Australia. :wowidc:

Inside Out received major props on the Billboard listening thing.

Til It's Gone would have been a bigger hit than Work Bitch. So much of a first single for your "most personal" album.  :whatever:

Work Bitch was a good first single choice. And the MV = flawlessness. Deal.  :fab:

Inside Out was single material.  :xf1: IA with the rest though. Unusual You would have flopped as a single.

:eeek: I'm not saying it wasn't. I'm saying TIG would have been a BIGGER hit cause it's generic, goes along with the "personal" thing and men and women alike can relate to this song without feeling weird.

How can someone hate this album?  :mygawd:

Yes, there wasn't a theme on the album sound but the only Britney album that had songs with similar sound was In the zone or maybe Blackout...

This album had circus, if you seek amy, unusual you, kill the lights, shattered glass, lace and leather and the BEST bonus tracks.... :flawfree:

The tour was great, had a couple of awesome performances, Britney was STUNNING, the costumes were outta this world but I could never get over the fact that Britney stopped dancing... :sosad:

In fact, Circus is probably one of the most fascinating pop albums since 2006/07 imo. It has its own vibe and story in a very strong and cohesive way. It felt like a complete breath of fresh air back in the day. It had some of her best vocals ever as well (e.g. Blur, Circus, Shattered Glass, KTL etc), it's very various and every song sounds different. Not to mention, Circus had her most experimental uptempo ever - Mannequin - she's never done anything like that before.

The only massive problem with Circus is its messy track list. The bonus tracks are better than half of the standard edition.  :awkwarddd:

On top of all that, Circusney looked more stunning than your faves have and ever will.

You're right.  :lul: Maybe if TIG was the second single instead of Perfume, it could have saved this album.  :crying4:

Totally :mahhaw: Perfume received so much hype because it was Sia penned. :4music: It would have been a good final single imo. :yaknow: I do like it, and her vocals, but it's a terrible second single choice. :icant:

I don't think it's fair to use that particular gif of her walking across the stage. Her v*lva was basically about to pop out and say hello during that performance.

Was this the same night she said "My pussy is hanging out"? :lmfaoo:

I loved the album, the videos, the promo performances (although I was expecting Danceney in full force) and the way she looked, but I didn't like the tour that much. Yes, she looked amazing and the production was great, but most of the choreographies were a bit weak imo. Oh, and I was pissed that she wasn't performing "Gimme More"  :displeased:

Yeah, where it made no impact whatsoever.

Idk what you're talking about, but it's still overrated as fuck.

lmao Til It's Gone would've flopped. Half of that song is Britney repeating "You'll never know what you got till it's gone" over some dated, headache-inducing dubstep breakdown.

For those of you who call it "The Walkus Tour": Stop.

Her useless team was the one who decided to make it a three-ring circus stage. She had to cover most of the stage! They did a good job with Radar, Boys and Do Somethin'. For the rest of the songs they tried to make it seem more full by adding a lot of sceneography.

If this tour had a stage like the one used for TOH it would have been a completely different story. :mhm: Or at least make it a single ring in the middle of the arena, but then again, that's the stage U2 used so... :pieceofwhat:
