P O M - Performance Growing On You And Becoming Stale

What POM performance you weren't a fan of first and which one you were but are kinda tired of it by now??

 

Mine are:

Performance that grew on me - Me Against The Music/ Do Somethin'

Performance that has gone stale - 3/Stronger/Piece Of Me

I don't know, I've never thought it was an outstanding performance but during the first couple of shows she kinda did all the moves right (though they still looked weird) so I liked it. She's never seemed to enjoy that performance anyway so

Grew one me: Slave (the pole made all the difference), Do somethin (she slays this performance now)

 

Gone stale: 3 (it's decent but I'm a little bored), Circus (I was a fan but the changes destroyed this performance for me)

Grew on me: Everytime (I used to skip that part but now I think it's beautiful and guess it's even better live).

Had gone stale: Circus (the changes now are so boring and she is just walking).

Do something (I've never liked it and probablu never will, I think it could be better if they did an actual chorek with the chairs).

Grew on me : Bomt/oops , the dance breakdown make it better, also now that she has more energy it's more entertaining and doesn't look like she's just standing and walking.

i'm tired of : the whole blackout segment, they removed a part of POM (even if the original one was bad) , they removed the beginning of BTI , what's next ?? I don't like Gimme more performance, never did , and even if she has more and more energy, BTI isn't executed very well anymore.

Performance that grew on me - BOMT/OIDIA because she really has been slaying the breakdowns recently, MATM as the new breakdown is much better tbh and she's really feeling it

 

Performance that has gone stale - Stronger/Crazy/TTWE in my opinion a rather boring way to end the show and def needs improvement, the entire fucking Circus section, it's a gigantic mess

If Britney had kept the original choreography from the first leg and performed them like she is now, the show would be 10x better.  There was a lot more steps than we ever realized now that she's scaled back some of the routines.  

 

Performance that grew on me:  "Womanizer." (I wouldn't mind this being replaced but this leg has made me appreciate this number, plus there are prerecorded vocals laced throughout this one and it makes a major difference.)  

 

Performances that I never liked, tbh grew stale:  "Toxic/Stronger/Crazy/TTWE."  (It's very pleasing aesthetically with the jungle, fire, rain theme but the choreography is the worst here and instead of ending with a bang it ends with a whimper. This whole section needs to be overhauled and her lastest costume I hate with a fiery passion.)

I'm not into this show at all! It just does not feel like a Britney production. The choreo looks cheap, costumes look cheap although the everytime one has the best costume since it is an actual costume. Overall I'm not impressed with vegas and how they portrayed it back in 2013 as a show you never saw before. Hopefully the revamp will be huge and no let down.

Long story short, take out 3 and Womanizer and add replace them. I don't know what with. But add Overprotected in there, replace freakshow with Breathe On Me (tcsbs tbt) make slave the song where she has a member of the audience on stage. Possibly replace Perfume with DLMBTLTK for at least for 2 weeks, (or at lest performed just ONCE. Preferably on my birthday. April 20th. When I plan to see her again ) Make it fucking happen, Larry. 

Fix Piece of Me, and Circus so they're not so goddamn boring anymore. Have The show end with Hold It Against Me after Till The World Ends (which wouldn't have the work bitch samples in it anymore).

 

 

Horrible ideas. I know. But basically, I just want Overprotected, Hold It Against Me, DLMTBTLK, and Breathe On Me (which is pushing it.)

OMG! yes... that red figure skating outfit is one of her worse ever, even worse than the iconic yellow trash bag over all outfit from the BOMT tour

This is me too.  The mix for "Slave" is so sexy combined with her current costume (my fave of them all) and the pole makes it fire.  "Circus" gives me 2nd hand embarrassment teas now, that number needs to be cut, it's sad because that performance is great visually and was one of my faves too.  :britTCA:

Yep!  I really wanna see her rock that crop-top nude outfit because in '13 she wasn't in the best shape but is flawless now.
