Jay Z and Beyonce had one of the best seats in the house Friday night for Britney Spears' Vegas show. 

The two were spotted at Planet Hollywood for the concert, and both tried to keep an extremely low profile. You can see from the video below, Bey kept her head tucked on the way out and Jay Z covered up with a hood.

Britney recently signed a brand new $35 million deal with PH ... so maybe Beyonce's just taking notes for a show of her own.
