Gaga, Beyonce, Taylor, all of their teams would have had full media coverage on it.....Britney is like, nope. It's between us and who they share it with. I love that. I mean, if it goes viral, it goes viral, but it's not Britney doing it...unlike other stars who make a bigger deal out of making a connection with their fans...same reason why she is an underrated gay icon. She's always been supportive & loving, and accepted our love, without using it to her advantage, or to try and use it become something.

yes I know that Britney jean being for fans was not true and a gimmick. that's why I said the promotion was based on  Britney jean being personal.if I thought Britney jean was personal I would have said the album was personal and for fans and not mentioned promotion/marketing.

It was released as a way to promote Vegas, and was an experiment to see how much she could sell off her name alone.

 

The next album will be handled much better for many reasons - 1st official release, technically, with her new RCA contract, so promotion will be pushed to ensure it's a decent success, along with the fact they know she needs some form of promotion (i'm expecting FF styled promo for B9) and can't use her name alone.

Also I think they didn't promote BJ because of Myah, it's really easy to see in some songs, you can tell the difference so easily on Now That I Found You, Body Ache and Til Its Gone, Passenger. They kept that album low so no one listened it except her fans.

I don't get the hate the poor hate the girl gets. She is just doing her job. Not to mention, she's been around since Circus, and nobody was bitching about her then. People use the poor girl as a scapegoat to take out their anger about Britney & her team.

Of course and I'm a Myah fan also I really like the Myahney vocals and I'm totally dont hating on her.     They used her because of Vegas I think, there wasn't enough time for Britney to record the album during the rehearsals.
