It might've went to number 1 but it's not a song people identify Britney with, you know? It was nice that she performed it on the FFT because the song belonged to that era, but it's not something remarkable for either the GP or the fans

Maybe just her part in some kind of megamix of other random songs of hers for the warm up/countdown before the show starts. I think the point of POM is it's supposed to her greatest hits and not just songs she's been featured on (exception being Scream & Shout because that's a major feature <read:hit> for her). S&M is not that big a deal tbh.
