I've been wondering the same for a long time. It isn't the first time we see her with a pump.

I remember reading on a blog that she use it to lose weight but that sounds fucking absurd, tbh.

Yeah that seems pretty absurd because even when she puts on weight she's never far off from her "ideal" body so it's not like she ever has to work that hard to get it back. It's possible she has some kind of respiratory problem, I think things like that are common in singers but also she does live in LA and as pretty as it is, the air is not always the best (probably better than NYC where I'm from but still).
