The Shade is real with Entertainment Weekly!!!   (Even though I kind of agree with them about the PG hook )

On Entertainment Weekly's Year End Bullseye Countdown of the 100 best, worst, funniest, and wtf pop culture moments of 2015.

 

What do we think here? Shade or just being honest?!? 

 

Our Queen came in at #30 with Pretty Girls:

All around the world, pretty girls (and normal people) cruelly denied Iggy Azalea and Britney Spears in their bid for 2015’s Song of Summer. Everything looked like it was in place for a hit — a retro-fab music video, great album art, and the pairing of a pop queen and non-rapper â€” but the only problem was the actual song itself. Insanity is listening to “Pretty Girls†over and over expecting a better hook.

iggy is a flop, it could have been a hit with a popular rapper, i guess (i dont like PG tbh)

I think they were being honest, at the end of the day it represents what the GP thought about the song, and lets face it: it was not well received (at least not what everyone expected).

Britney (or her team) got on the Iggy train too late. She was too hated. I am definitely not a fan. But regardless of that, PG isn't a very good song. It is by far my least favorite single from her. Hopefully it's not on the next album.
