Britney has teamed up with Rape Crisis Center for the "Party Smart" campaign. The campaign is aimed at preventing Las Vegas tourists from becoming victims of sexual assault during your stay in Las Vegas. The tagline: "Arrive Together. Stick together. Leave together." I don't see how it is victim blaming? It's about keeping yourself and your friends safe - looking out for eachother. Not about whose fault it is if somebody got raped.

Right, and sisterhood and taking care of your friends is a great thing to do. However, acting like it's your friends responsibility to keep you safe, versus a rapists responsibility to not rape -- is victim blaming. Society is starting to realize that and certain rape crisis teams are aiming their campaigns at men to help them understand the difference between consensual and nonconsensual, etc.

 it's about highlighting potential loopholes/blind spots that evil people use to their benefit. little decisions we make everyday seem like no biggie to normal people.but to evil people it is the loophole or opportunity that allows them to do the crime.
