LOL rememeber when we thought we were getting Blackout 2.0 with Britney Jean.

I actually didnt expect anything tbh

plus to get a 2.0 of any album would be weak

I like how she has 8 albums of 8 different vibes, even if Im not digging one atm time changes

not too many artists actually change sounds and atmosphere w each album and to even be able to say that slays me personally

Im a musician so I like to see change

fuck the same old song n dance

Talking about "Heaven on Earth", does anybody remembered that 2007 paparazzi video where he's asking britney something and she is in her car listening a demo from Heaven On Earth?? The song hears so clear! I can't find it anywhere! Someone??  :aww1:

I dont remember that but now Im curious

if I find it Ill let ya know

I actually really respect this reply. I agree that change is good. I expected a darker vibe personally or more of a somber vibe since she did just call off an engagement and had found David. But I like where you're coming from.

thanks

I am actually very impressed w her ability to come out w such different sounding albums, really there are no 2 that sound the same

and w BJ, it is so highly criticized but I realized over time that no 2 fans have the exact same opinion of it...to me that says something

not everyone has to get something or feel it, but taste and attitude changes over time

I actually kinda hated ITZ at first and was embarassed by it, but it grew on me and is now one of my fav pop albums of all time

I was actually the same way with Blackout. At first I wasn't impressed with it and thought it was a bit weird but I obviously love it now. ITZ will always be my favorite album of hers.

:)

I want another experimental album like ITZ, but obviously not the same sound

some jazz vibes, rock stuff, blues, funk....with real instruments

I would LOVE an experiemental jazz album. And Brit has the kind of voice that would make an interesting rock album. Obviously not rock n roll but maybe more along the lines of how she sounded with You Oughtta Know.

well for example:

Lonely fuckin rocks, but it has a funk sound too

Baby Boy is pretty jazzy

Rock star rocks

Toxic guitars and bass guitars make the song have so much attitude

The funky jazzy basslines throughout ITZ

The guitar solo in the album version of Crazy

Dangerous is sorta jazz meets surf rock

etc

just the attitude of rock, not necessarily a whole album...but some jazzy laid back jams and some solid rock mixed w power pop

Honey, we've gotta get you in with Brit ASAP. Somebody get this man to her record label.

Oops >>> Circus >>> Femme Fatale >>> Baby One More Time >>> The Chaotic EP >>> B In The Mix Volume 1 & 2 >>> Britney Jean.

Did you just casually not rank Britney, In The Zone and Blackout on purpose, or? :jackk:
