See thats the thing as a professional makeup artist he shouldnt have to make her flawless on only somedays , he needs to have her look flawless always. Britney pays him $20,000 a month to do her hair & makeup for crying out loud. She pays him 20k for her weave to be falling out & shitty makeup ? Thats not right

I think this is kinda true but not really, fran cooper worked with Britney almost her whole career and then she retired before the femme fatale tour and then Simon Cowells makeup artist was hired to do Brits makeup until the tour was over, and then Billy B was hired until xfactor was over and after that thats when they hired Glenn Shitley.. Glenn was Billy B's assistant & left him for Britney . Its her team that gets these makeup artists

I was thinking the same, she isn't paying him just to look OK sometimes, she pays him to look flawless everytime. Its very simple.

If she let her team decide everything for her like she were a little girl unable to make her own decisions and end up with crappy makeup on her face then there's no one to blame but herself.

She seems to forget she's been in the business for more than 18 years. She's not some kind of amateur artist who need people around tell her what she have to and how things work. She earned the right to be bossy and picky.

The same way she says "I don't want to promote" she could say "I don't want to work this person. I want someone who does its job better."

Youre failing to understand that Britney is not the same as she used to be , she even admitted this on Britney Jean, she has major anxiety issues. She even said "its better to just say nothing at all then be a bitch" u may not get it but I sure do. I agree with u 100% on her needing a new makeup artist but Im not blaming Britney, Im blaming her team they should hook her up with an A list glam squad. They did that FF era & her hair was flawless everyshow (not one weave problem) and her makeup was good as well (at times) her team basically made her go from Chanel to Walmart
