First listen I think it's catchy but forgettable. It does have a generic sound, but it doesn't bother me too much tbh. I could see myself putting this on when I'm getting ready to go out. If I could dance and was into clubs, I feel like this is a song I'd want to hear while out. I'm not a huge fan of the chorus lyrics either, though.

It's way way way too generic tbh and it sounds dated, and more like worse version of a childish Carly rae jepsen song.

She should try to find her own direction/style/sound, something that would make her stand out instead of thinking herself as someone else, or doing what someone else already did. Because she's very basic and forgettable.

She is working on more stuff that is fresher, she just needed to get a song out there for something.
