I live in South East Asia. Here, most of the people including all of my relatives know her and her old songs like Toxic, BOMT etc. She was so popular around FF era. WB slayed here too. But now, she's becoming more n more irrelevent.

She's not famous ? Are you sure of that ? 

I thought Britney was one of the most popular divas in Brazil not to mention Britney Jean was certified gold there 

I saw a few videos of brazilian singers when they were asked who was their favorite singers and they usually talk about Britney, brazilian fans are usually the most active fans too 

Remember when she went there for the FFT it was insane 

I'm not talking about the fans (because we're OBVIOUSLY the BIGGEST part of her fanbase  ), BUT, it's not like EVERYONE knows who she is. Usually, we're really passionate about things and if we really like an artist we'll do whatever it takes to get to them. Take the M&Gs for example, they are usually REALLY EXPENSIVE (I mean, $1000 for a picture with a person that's 1 meter away from you? Give me a break Avril  ) and some people usually fly to Rio or Sao Paulo JUST to see the show and leave. She did have a HUGE impact in pop culture here and I don't have a doubt she influenced many Brazilian artists, BUT, relevancy also counts and the last time everyone knew who she was during the first shows of her residency and everyone was really excited about. The lack of new material is not helping her 

Don't get me wrong, I LOVE BRITNEY   but she's not as popular as she used to be in Brazil

Im in Istanbul, Turkey and if you ask her name on streets probably at least 8/10 people will respond you but since "3" single, none of her singles became hit here.

But i would say that she's famous but kinda "hasbeen" , like she's famous for what she has done, but not for what she is doing.

Although i'm pretty sure she would slay here again if she had a really good song and would actually promote it.

I live in France too, and she did pretty good during the Femme Fatale era. "Till The World Ends" and "I Wanna Go" were in the top 10 in the charts for several weeks and "Criminal" peaked at #13, which is not bad at all.

She did good, and radios loved FF singles. But honestly people remember Britney for BOMT, Slave, Toxic or like her head shaving etc. than for things she did recently, and it's been a lot worse after FF (which was almost 5 years ago already)
