I saw they just popped up on Twitter and claim they're representing quite a lot of major artists including Britney. They also reposted the Galaxy article about Britney trending on Twitter for the pcas and many other similar articles.

Billboard tiptoed into the weekend with a huge scoop, unveiling the formation of Guy Oseary’s mega-management firm Maverick. Nine major music managers are going to combine their practices to create Maverick and operate under the Live Nation umbrella.
