I don't think fans were pissed because she didn't assisted, fans were pissed and felt kind "betrayed" because she waited till the show was over to say she was "sick" and couldn't assist.

I don't think she doesn't care about the fans(At least I want to think she care) but the lack of communication like cases like this with the fanbase make things kinda difficult and that's why there's always dramas in this fanbase.

In my opinion a true Stan may have their doubts but they shouldn't express them on an open forum. You can be critical about many things on an open forum, however, doubting Britney's devotion to her fans is not one of them.
