LOL tbh I've always wondered that myself. Unpopular opinion- I wish "Sometimes" would replace "(You Drive Me) Crazy".

Yess....I enjoyed the cabaret versions if for no other reason that her voice matched her age. I kinda hate that she's 34 and she's still syncing to the vox she recorded at 15/16.

I always thought everyone knew that was a joke until I read other people on forums taking it seriously. I think it was just a part of the banter set up for the show. She's been asked more recently if she didn't like any of her songs and she said, "All of my songs are fucking amazing." It's obviously not her favourite because she's never brought it back to perform, but I doubt that she hates it. Sometimes is a bop tbh

Crazy is catchy af whereas sometimes is pretty boring,i don't want this song to be added on the new setlist i'm not here for another

If she didn't like the song she wouldn't have recorded it and it wouldn't be on the album (remember how she didn't like BTMYH at first because it was too explicit, that means she has a saying), it wouldn't have been a single, and she wouldn't have performed it in the Hair Zone Mall Tour, Baby One More Time Tour, Crazy 2K Tour, Oops Tour and DWAD

Everyone says she didn't have control but she did choose not to record the original version of BTMYH with its explicit lyrics and she performed it until 2002. Maybe she's tired of it and it's not one of her greatest hits so she doesn't HAVE TO perform it
