Domino Posted January 11, 2016 #1 Report Posted January 11, 2016 I could have sworn that some time in 2007 VH1 or someone did a Behind the Music or something of Britney and it contained a snippet of a concert, where she was sitting beside a guitar(?) player and singing a song she had just written. She did it at least once during the DWAD tour, I think. This particular time, when she was talking to the audience, she basically called JT out about never being there. And supposedly that is what inspired Cry Me a River and the breakup. NOW, no one ever seems to reference that, and everyone goes back to "Britney slept with Wade". We'll never know the real story (even if you think you do ) and it's ANCIENT history. But the thing is, I've never seen that concert snippet again. Does anyone know what I'm referencing??? I don't think I hallucinated something so random. 2

Domino Posted January 11, 2016 Author #6 Report Posted January 11, 2016 I haven't found footage of what she said yet- I couldn't understand what she said in the video you posted unfortunately. But it looks so familiar one of these has to be it.
tommyboy Posted January 12, 2016 #7 Report Posted January 12, 2016 I always felt like he just used Britney as a pretty girl with a famous name that looked good on his arm when they were on the red carpet. I still believe he didn't treat her very well behind the scenes because if you try watching the video to "every time " without sound it seems to show a guy (Justin) mistreating her (throwing tabloids, losing his temper at the press then taking it out on her). Plus if you see the cover art to the song "criminal" it looks like Justin from "cry me a river" and the video for that started with Britney in a relationship with a guy who was charming until the people were not looking. (Google Criminal cover art). 1
