In all honesty I think it's probably more Britney's fault her makeup always sucks. I don't think she likes having it done and they all probably just do what she wants rather than what is actually best for her (ie those ugly ass panda eyes).

She's the only one that knew how to paint her face to perfection.  I wish she were back and still applying her makeup.  

Glen is very hit or miss, especially when she is on the red carpet.

Glenn has actually gotten better, her makeup doesn't look that atrocious anymore, but yeah, they should invest more in getting the perfect glam team! They don't even have to fire him, they could just hire new, better people, that could work with him, together. I'm sure they have the money to pay more than one makeup artist
