Glenn is very hit or miss with her makeup and her hair. But, I do have to admit the photos he's taken of her are flawless and better than most of the professional pictures we've had of her lately. But I also have to agree with @M.E. I think a lot of the time Britney does her own makeup, and we all know that is definitely not her strong suit.

This is so true! Ugh but I hate that Glenn places her extensions at the edges of her hair , theyre suppose to be aligned with the ear level & not passing it and at the nape of her neck not literally under neck, that way her hair can be really flexible and she can even put it up with out her weaves showing. My aunt is a hair stylist and I help her out when ever she has too many clients

He only did her makeup once in 2011 for out magazine and in 2012 thats when he became her permanent makeup/ hair artist

Shes had extensions many times before and they werent noticeable when she picked up her hair. Hes a professional, he shouldn't be messing up simple things

Lets not forget in 2013 Britneys real hair length was above her breast area, so it was long enough to give it full coverage, her hair was so long that she didnt have to place her weave at the edges of her hair. Now lets talk about 2014 when Britney chopped her hair off up to her jawline and as soon as it started growing back she cut it again last year . So her real hair is a little below her jawline now so the problem is that Glenn is trying to make her hair even so he places the extensions at the edges of hair which is a big no because if she puts it up her weaves will be shown. He needs to properly place the extensions in and layer & trim them so they can even out with her real hair but he doesnt do that

She should hire Mario Dedivanovic (ig: makeupbymario), his work is great he does the Kardashians and lets face it, their make up game is by far better than Brit's. At least hire him for awards and tv appearances. Im sure he would make Britney look flawless everytime

I'm a huge makeup junkie so I have a lot of both professional/luxury makeup and drugstore makeup. All I'm gonna say is don't judge a product based on the price tag. Drugstore is catching up fast and some products I prefer over high-end, but that depends on a lot of factors like skin type, what you use for a primer, etc. Other times you get what you pay for. But anyway, Britney should just get me to do her makeup tbh I would do make her look like a queen every day 

What I don't get is why they don't invest in an airbrush machine for her. She has one, consistent makeup artist so it's worth the money. They're not that expensive anyways. You can get a good one for like $150. I even have one. Airbrush foundation is quicker to apply on others than liquid or powder, it's lightweight and doesn't even feel like you're wearing any makeup, it doesn't sweat off or budge at all, and it's frigging airbrush so it's so flawless.

I don't think you're lying at all, I'm just surprised Fran Cooper being retired isn't true because that's been repeated for years now.  

 

Team Britney needs to get her back, she's always spoken highly of Britney and all of their moments are flawless.

I think Britney's team is just cheap more than anything else, tbh.  Fran Cooper liked working with her, that was evident in many of their behind the scenes moments.
