It's genious! I feel like it's the only remixes album that I've ever managed to listen, and that's because they actually reworked the songs to make them sound new and fresh and they didn't just put the vocals over some random electronic noise. These two for example, they're amazing!

Besides, it gave us the flawless gem that And Then We Kiss is, one of her best songs ever! I wish they had promoted this album more. Imagine if she had released it back in 2003/2004, we probably would've gotten a MV for ATWK and some performances  :crying1:

i'm not sure if i really want to listen to a remix of a ballad. i cant imagine how that sounds like and i'm still not sure if i really want to know :britney-nicetry:

It's actually pretty good! I like it even more than the Early Mornin remix (which I do still like).

I think vol. 1 is perfection! And it works really well because most of the remixes (except "Everytime", "Don't Let Me Be The Last To Know" and "Toxic") were comissioned especially for the album. And the artwork is really good...even tough I'd like to see what it was like when the album was still called 'remixed'

I may be hated for this - but I despise remixes... The only ever remix I liked was the Bonus remix of Born To Make You Happy... besides for of course the single remixes cause those slayed! (Overprotected, UDMCrazy, Boys, TTWE etc...)

The only song off this whole album I love is Then We Kiss....

I also cannot stand a fast remix of a slow song - it makes me cringe... it just sounds tacky...

It's OK. I  enjoy a good remix but some of the remixes in those 2 volumes are not the best that are out there. I feel it was a bit of a missed opportunity to put out something really great. Also, I agree with Term, I HATE a fast remix of a slow song.

i loathe when artists tack remixes onto the end of their albums as 'deluxe tracks', but irrespective of that i LOVE B in the Mix! the remixes are quality, as you said they create a new feel for the song as opposed to simply putting vocals over any random edm instrumental. the slave, everytime, someday and don't let me be the last to know remixes >>>>

the only one i dont really like is Toxic because it's just one of those songs you physically CAN'T change. it's too good on its own

I don't think there's a Toxic remix that I've liked yet, totally agree.
