Y'all are forgetting Britney is Signed to RCA/Sony and Kesha is suing them too. She's prolly not allowed to say anything in support of Kesha cause that would technically be defamation against RCA which would put her in breach of her own contract.

 

Kesha's has alleged that Sony have put "their Female artists in grave Physical Danger....", Britney coming out in support of those comments would not be wise when she has to work with RCA/Sony every day.
