I'm 22 and I became a Britney fan when I first heard the BOMT album playing at a party at my Aunties house. I remember the first song I ever saw myself was 'Oops', so probably around 2000 when I was 6 I became an actual fan.

I first heard of Britney in 1999 with BOMT but I was 4 and busy listening to kids music.

I became a fan of her in 2002 aged 7 with I love rock n roll.

I became a real stan in 2008 aged 13 where I got my own PC and internet connection

I liked her at the age of 3 in 1999  and listened to all her singles until 2007, where I became uneasy of her because of everything going on. Then in 2009, I remember HATING her because I thought that Womanizer was such a cheap attempt to make her look nice again; I couldn't forgive her for what had happened in 2007. Thankfully saw the light again and started stanning properly in 2015, I'm so ashamed of my attitude towards Godney in 2006-14.

I was 4 when she released her first album "...Baby One More Time", I liked the songs, but I was a child, I just liked the melodies back then.

Around 2000, when I was 6 I remember that I started looking into different magazines and just thought to myself, how beautiful she looked. Like a princess.
I started dancing when I was around 8 and untill then I was already a big fan of her, also, because of her dancing. I had so much respect for her.
I became a really die-hard Britney fan, when I was going into my teens and she was such a trendsetter, everybody wanted to be just like her, dress like, her, having makeup done just like her, and so on.  Also, I remember how down-to-earth celebrity that she was (still is) and I really liked that.
(btw even when her breakdown happened, I remember how sad I was for her, but I understood her in a weird way)

 

I guess it wasn't just on one specific day, that I became a Britney fan, but this admiration and obsession developed over the years. She's perfect.

I first heard Britney when BOMT was released, my mom had BOMT and OIDIA albums, but I became a fan until she released Gimme More, I was 12 years old and ended up stealing my mom's two albums haha
