Radio Britney was a very cool, really urban and artsy fartsy radio app that played only Britney singles and non-singles, unreleased music, live recordings, and remixes 24 hours every day. This flawless app was free to the B Army and did not bombard us with advertisements or ask us to pay for additional features. It blessed our lives for 4 mystical years. On monday, february 1st at approximately 8pm PST the app suddenly stopped playing Britney music and began to play a weird af spanish recording on a about 45 minute loop, and then it started to play european pop. now it seems to be a radio app for top 100 hits. We will remember and cherish the way this app devoted itself to our Queen Godney for many years and made us all dance til the world ends now.

 

 

This is my guess of what happened. The app ran only on pure and loyal love for our queen and the army. However, some person or company with money decided to acquire the app to compete with other radio apps. They offered Britney Radio staff a ton of cash or maybe even threatened to expose them for illegally playing copyrighted material, especially material that has not even been released by Britney's label

 

Who the hell even knew about Radio Britney besides us??  Who would do this???  

I'll tell yall who...

I feel so sorry for them! I used to listen to it all the time but it's been a while since I stopped using it

It was great to have that kind of app tho, I'm sure it will be missed by a lot of people!
